We work proactively on the ground to assist assignees and their families with every aspect of home search conducting tours of selected neighborhoods. In addition we will accompany them to preview pre-screened properties providing impartial perspective on them based on their needs and requirements. Once assignees have selected a property, Annexus takes over and work on negotiating and reviewing lease agreement until completion.
